Supporting Documents Checklist

To get your home loan started, you'll need to provide documentation to verify your identity, income, assets and liabilities, and more.

Below is a general checklist however it may vary from lender to lender, please review the below checklist.


Please send your supporting documents via one of the three options

  1. EMAIL - email documents to

  2. UPLOAD - upload directly to your portal you have access to.

  3. DELIVER - drop any documents into our office at 1/46 Church St Dubbo.


Current drivers licence  

Passport or Birth Certificate

Medicare Card

Marriage Certificate (if you have changed your name)

Citizenship Documents or VISA if you are not an Australian Citizen

Please note -  identification must be certified by Regional Finance Brokers in our office or by a JP


3 most recent payslips - must show employers ABN and YTD income



2 years Company Tax Returns and Financials

2 Years Individual Tax Returns

2 years Notice of Assessments (issued by ATO)

Lastest ATO Portals


3 months statement for Home or Investment Loan.

3 months statement for credit cards or other interest-free facilities.

3 months statement for a personal loan or vehicle loan or other.

3 months of transactional bank statements showing salary credits.

Verification of Afterpay, Zippay, or any other similar facilities.

HECS or HELP student debts, Please download the latest MYGOV statement.
